PRIDE Industries Endowment Fund

Helping People Overcome Employment Obstacles
Give to this Fund NowPlan Now, Give Later

Today, one in five Americans have a disability, and two-thirds of working age Americans with disabilities are unemployed. People with disabilities represent the single largest and most diverse minority in the country. Donations to PRIDE Industries support a wide spectrum of services that help people overcome employment obstacles and empower them to lead productive, independent lives as contributing members of their communities.

PRIDE provides comprehensive vocational rehabilitation services to prepare people with disabilities, including youth emancipating from foster care and U.S. service-disabled veterans for employment and support their ongoing employment success. These services include soft-skills training, vocational training, assistive technology, job development, paid work experience, transportation, and job coaching.

For more than 50 years, PRIDE’s mission has remained the same; we create jobs for people with disabilities through person-centered job coaching, training, and placement. We help individuals find the job that best matches their abilities, and we support their ongoing success. Employment is the key to connecting individuals to their communities and building a more independent life.

Together, we create paths to employment for people with disabilities.
