Nadder Mirsepassi

Nadder Mirsepassi is a finance and treasury management consultant, using his expertise to help clients across all industries deliver relevant solutions and enhance relationship management. Prior to becoming a consultant in 2020, Nadder was the Assistant Treasurer and Director of Treasury at Sutter Health for 24 years. During his time at Sutter, he managed a centralized treasury operation, taxable and tax-exempt debt issuances and compliance, as well as pension and corporate investments oversight. Nadder joined PCF’s Board of Directors in 2016 and has served on the Finance Committee since 2008.

Nadder has a passion for the community. In addition to his service at Placer Community Foundation, he is a volunteer board member at PRIDE Industries, and a volunteer finance committee member at Sierra College. Nadder holds an MBA from Golden Gate University, and a Bachelor of Science in business administration from California State University, Sacramento.

He enjoys family activities including traveling, hiking, soccer, and tennis.
