PCF offers programs that allow organizations and community members to come together and develop the skills and connections they need to succeed and prosper.
GRANTS
Our grantmaking has touched nearly every corner of Placer County and beyond. Through grantmaking, we take action for the community by providing vital funding for area nonprofits that help Placer County prosper. Each year, we award approximately $1M to local and global nonprofits through donor advised funds held at the foundation.
Our grants focus on six community impact areas: Animals & Environment, Arts & Humanities, Community Development, Children & Youth, Heath & Human Services, and Education.
NONPROFIT EMPOWERMENT
Our local nonprofits are the backbone of our community and allow our donors to make a significant impact through support of their programs. PCF is committed to supporting our nonprofit community by providing free professional development and leadership training.
SCHOLARSHIPS
Education is key for a Prosper Us community and workforce. Through the support of donors, students can work towards their dreams in higher education. PCF supports local high school seniors and current college students through our scholarship program. Scholarship eligibility varies but may include financial need, merit, geographic area, or field of study.
