Town Hall 2019

Acclaimed speaker and author Robin Karr-Morse will join Placer County leadership at the third annual Town Hall event on March 20, 2019. The event will feature Robin Karr-Morse’s presentation on the science and significance of early childhood experiences. The program will also include remarks and a panel discussion with local leaders on the prevalence and impacts of adverse early experiences in Placer County, and what policy makers, organizations, and individuals can do to build resiliency.
