Placer Collaborative Network

A project of the Community Foundation, the Placer Collaborative Network Project is a member-based association of over 60 nonprofit, government, faith-based, educational and municipal entities working on collaborative solutions to issues facing children, adults and families of Placer County.

Working within their membership, PCN created a partnership with Health Express to expand their service—allowing for free medical transportation for more people and to a wider area. PCN also brought together 50 different Placer County service organizations to collaborate with each other on new ways of doing business together. They engaged over 100 faith and social service groups in finding ways to increase their connections to improve overall community services and finally, they worked with a coalition of youth-service organizations to combat youth violence and child abuse.
